So when I say this is a state-of-the-art dentist and dental practice, I know from years of experience what’s great and what isn’t! And this is the best office I’ve ever been to. "This visit was regular cleaning and checkup. Sandy, the hygienist, was so gentle it was a treat. Dr. DePaoli found no new problems, and the partial he made several years ago still fits snug, chews comfortably and looks great! In the 14 years Dr. DePaoli has taken care of my dental needs, we've done root canal, crowns, filings, and redesigned the partial to add a tooth when one of mine had to be removed. "I am extremely impressed with Dr. DePaoli and his staff, especially Tiffany. The offices are impeccable. Everything about them is modern, inviting, comfortable and efficient. Tiffany took her time and listened to everything I had to say about my previous dental experiences. As each set of pain-free x-rays were taken, they were automatically sent to Dr. De Paoli's computer for review. When he came in to speak with me, he did a cancer screening and other inspections and then reviewed his findings while showing me the x-rays on the big-screen that I could see clearly as he explained. I have been to many, many dentists over the last few years, but this is the one I will use as long as I live in the Plano/Frisco area. They were recommended by my Primary Care Physician. I should have asked for that recommendation a long time ago! I am sending my husband here next week. Could not be happier! Follow-up Review: I can now tell you about my experience with having a crown in October of 2018. Karen worked with Dr. DePaoli on the preparation and fitting for the crown and placing the temporary crown. Then two weeks later Tiffany worked with Dr. DePaoli to install the permanent crown. I have not had any problems whatsoever. The whole procedure was perfect and pain-free with loving care. Then I went in last week (December) with some discomfort in a different area. Again, kind and loving attention from Karen and Dr. DePaoli as they explained their findings. I will be back in January for a cleaning and possible new crown. I trust them implicitly and will let them do whatever is necessary. My husband is also a new, happy patient and we will both go there for the rest of our lives."

"I have been coming to Dr De Paoli since 2005. He and his staff are very nice and always helpful. Once you are an established patient you can even get ahold of him on his cell phone for dental emergencies.  It is nice to know you can reach your dentist when you have busted up your mouth. Most importantly he has never been the type of dentist that tries to maximize his income by suggesting procedure i might need or must have. He has been conservative with my treatment plans. When i cracked a porcelain crown in less than a month (the first one he has ever had because i like to be special) he covered all cost to fix my crown and conversion to a gold crown!!  I have since done 4 more crowns with him. They are very good at pain control with the numbing process with the needles that i don’t even feel it. I highly recommend his practice."
