"I’ve had massive amounts of dental work done since I was 18, and now I’m 70. Crowns, bridges, veneers, root canals, gum treatments, implant, you name it. So when I say this is a state-of-the-art dentist and dental practice, I know from years of experience what’s great and what isn’t! And this is the best office I’ve ever been to. Dr. DePaoli is thorough, considerate, gentle, and explains what he’s doing and why. His staff is fantastic - friendly, cheerful, highly trained, and accommodating. I’m fact, I had the best teeth cleaning experience there that I’ve had in probably 10 years (and I normally get 3-4/year). Don’t hesitate to book an appointment."
"This visit was regular cleaning and checkup. Sandy, the hygienist, was so gentle it was a treat. Dr. DePaoli found no new problems, and the partial he made several years ago still fits snug, chews comfortably and looks great! In the 14 years Dr. DePaoli has taken care of my dental needs, we've done root canal, crowns, filings, and redesigned the partial to add a tooth when one of mine had to be removed. He's the epitome of "painless" Dentist, and talks me through every step. Stephanie and the front office staff make scheduling appointments, processing insurance go smooth. I highly recommend Advanced Smiles for your family and cosmetic dentistry needs."

"I cannot say enough good things about this practice or recommend them enough. I’ve been a patient here for a few years now and I love how they care about me and my overall dental health. I never feel rushed or like I can’t ask questions. During more involved procedures like root canals and crowns, Dr. De Paoli explains what to expect, takes his time and makes sure you’re as comfortable as possible. I’ve always hated going to the dentist, even had a lot of anxiety about it, and since going here, I’m now totally comfortable going. "You never expect a root canal to be a good thing, but the experience I had yesterday was not bad all things considered. Dr. Depaoli and his assistant were so kind and considerate during the process and I experienced ZERO pain throughout. A little tenderness today but nothing I can't handle. If you must have this procedure done, Advanced Smiles is definitely the place to go."
"Dr. Ernest De Paoli was beyond amazing. From the moment he numbed the area for the root canal, to the moment he finished up the procedure I felt nothing. At ALL! It has almost been 24hours and I have yet to feel ANY soreness, bruising or throbbing whats so ever. Being nervous for future dentist appointments is a thing of the past. I will recommend him to everyone I know and plan to move offices for my whole family. You will not feel judged at all for any procedures you’ve gone past due with or just had no clue you needed done. Love this office!! 2/28/2020: Since I can’t give another 5 stars, I wanted to take the time to thank the team once again for amazing service. I unfortunately need another root canal from previous work done (in a completely different office). I’m telling you guys, I thought this experience might be different but I didn’t feel a THING from beginning to end. This team continues to amaze me and I actually look forward to dentist visits."
"I had an appointment last week that was part two of a three step process in completing my root canal. I didn't think it was possible for this appointment to go better than the first one but it was! I experienced zero pain and I was completely relaxed. I had some mild discomfort that afternoon (nothing that an ibuprofen couldn't take care of) and my tooth never hurt after that. Excellent work by Dr. De Paoli and his team!"

"I relocated to Frisco 4 years ago from California. Over the course of 4 years I have tried various dentists in the Frisco/Plano area with numerous disappointing experiences. I visited Dr. De Paoli’s office with a cracked tooth. Dr. De Paoli took the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail and put me at ease. He also caught the crack early enough to save me from a painful root canal. When I came in for the final crown it was a perfect fit even conforming into my current invisilign retainers. Every visit was painless and quick. He is kind with incredible experience, and every visit was a breeze. His staff has been extremly knowledgeable and courteous as well. Definitely coming back to Dr. De Paoli."

"I am extremely impressed with Dr. DePaoli and his staff, especially Tiffany. The offices are impeccable. Everything about them is modern, inviting, comfortable and efficient. Tiffany took her time and listened to everything I had to say about my previous dental experiences. As each set of pain-free x-rays were taken, they were automatically sent to Dr. De Paoli's computer for review. When he came in to speak with me, he did a cancer screening and other inspections and then reviewed his findings while showing me the x-rays on the big-screen that I could see clearly as he explained. I have been to many, many dentists over the last few years, but this is the one I will use as long as I live in the Plano/Frisco area. They were recommended by my Primary Care Physician. I should have asked for that recommendation a long time ago! I am sending my husband here next week. Could not be happier! Follow-up Review: I can now tell you about my experience with having a crown in October of 2018. Karen worked with Dr. DePaoli on the preparation and fitting for the crown and placing the temporary crown. Then two weeks later Tiffany worked with Dr. DePaoli to install the permanent crown. I have not had any problems whatsoever. The whole procedure was perfect and pain-free with loving care. Then I went in last week (December) with some discomfort in a different area. Again, kind and loving attention from Karen and Dr. DePaoli as they explained their findings. I will be back in January for a cleaning and possible new crown. I trust them implicitly and will let them do whatever is necessary. My husband is also a new, happy patient and we will both go there for the rest of our lives."
"I have been coming to Dr De Paoli since 2005. He and his staff are very nice and always helpful. Once you are an established patient you can even get ahold of him on his cell phone for dental emergencies. It is nice to know you can reach your dentist when you have busted up your mouth. Most importantly he has never been the type of dentist that tries to maximize his income by suggesting procedure i might need or must have. He has been conservative with my treatment plans. When i cracked a porcelain crown in less than a month (the first one he has ever had because i like to be special) he covered all cost to fix my crown and conversion to a gold crown!! I have since done 4 more crowns with him. They are very good at pain control with the numbing process with the needles that i don’t even feel it. I highly recommend his practice."
"I was referred to this Office by my Office Manager were I work. I have had a Root Canal done with Dr. Paoli (Advance Smiles, Frisco) office a month ago. I went back after this procedure with no pain at all. I just had my teeth cleaned recently and they did a great job!! Going to the Dentist is never fun, but I would refer anyone to this office. ( I have referred 1 of my co-workers, and she loves the office also, and a guy friend. This office makes you feel comfortable, everyone working there have great Customer Service skills and that means a lot!!!! "Dr. De Paoli and his staff are amazing! I had a root canal this week and I didn't feel a thing! They made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and they were so caring! Dr. De Paoli even called me the next day after my root canal to check in on me and see how I was doing. That's almost unheard of for a doctor to call his own patients personally just to make sure that they are doing alright. I would highly recommend Advanced Smiles!"
"As a dental industry veteran, I was working at Advanced Smiles for a week when I began to ask some of the staff, "Is Dr. De Paoli ALWAYS so happy to be at work and treating patients??". "YES! ALWAYS.", was the consensus. A rare find this place is. Dr. De Paoli LITERALLY bounces from room to room greeting patients by name and spending ample time with them answering questions and attending to them with the utmost respect and care. He is also usually the first to arrive to the office and the last to leave, walking the employees out. There are plenty of positive patient reviews about Advanced Smiles and Dr. De Paoli so I figured an insider's point of view wouldn't hurt. I know what the majority of dental patients are looking for in a dental office: accommodating hours, friendly staff, trustworthy dentist and fair fees. We must be all that and more because with the hundreds of dental offices in the metroplex, many patients commute to Advanced Smiles for their routine visits. Patients feel important at Advanced Smiles, and they should, because lots of thought goes into making the clients comfortable and happy. "Hands down the best experience I have ever had. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a few years. After checking yelp reviews I decided to go ahead and schedule with advanced smiles. First off, the checkup and X-ray is free for new patients. I also received a discount for paying up front;) (I had a root canal done and felt ZERO pain) while in recovery I received a phone call from the dentist personally to see how I was doing and how my pain level was. You never get that with any other doctor or dentist!! I referred the dentist to one of my good friends and she said this was the best experience she has ever had with a dentist as well. Advanced smiles also sent me a $25.00 Cheesecake Factory gift card for the my referral. Love this place!"
