"Yesterday I had another 6 month Cleaning appointment. I usually dread these because I hate surprises. Christie the Hygienist was wonderful. She put me at ease, got me comfortable and was excellent cleaning and polishing my teeth. Dr. DePaoli then came in, Christie briefed him and we all discussed a slight discoloration which may just be an old silver filling. Surveillance - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANCED SMILES. They get a ten out of ten from our Family."

"My first cleaning appointment with Christie was painless. She is a very knowledgeable and skilled dental hygienist. Her attention to detail was on point. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had been using a water pick to floss. She gave me a demonstration on how to properly floss my teeth with dental floss which has made a big difference. I highly recommended her for your teeth cleaning needs. Alison is exceptionally knowledgeable about the industry. Since I don’t have dental insuranceshe introduced me to a discount dental that Advanced Smiles offers. She was patient explaining the plan and I signed up. I have been receiving discounts on various procedures She makes your experience from check in to check out pleasurable. Mona is efficient with x CT scans. She makes the experience go smoothly. She has a great personality and definitely is a people person. I highly recommend her."

"I’ve had massive amounts of dental work done since I was 18, and now I’m 70. Crowns, bridges, veneers, root canals, gum treatments, implant, you name it. So when I say this is a state-of-the-art dentist and dental practice, I know from years of experience what’s great and what isn’t! And this is the best office I’ve ever been to. Dr. DePaoli is thorough, considerate, gentle, and explains what he’s doing and why. His staff is fantastic - friendly, cheerful, highly trained, and accommodating. I’m fact, I had the best teeth cleaning experience there that I’ve had in probably 10 years (and I normally get 3-4/year). Don’t hesitate to book an appointment."
"Dr. De Paoli and his team are amazing. I’ve had plenty of negative experiences with other dentists in the past. I’ve never had anything less than a fantastic experience in his office. His dental hygienists are friendly and knowledgable. I have a strong sensitivity to cold, and they take the time to warm up the water before cleaning my teeth. They always tell me if I’m doing a good job brushing/flossing, or if it looks like I’ve been missing a spot. And Dr. De Paoli himself - he’s the best dentist I’ve worked with, hands down. Always so happy and friendly, he clearly loves his job. And like his team, he is very knowledgeable. He was willing to listen and change his approach when it came time to numb me up for a crown. It was the first dental procedure that wasn’t excruciating... in fact, once he got started it was painless! I’ve unfortunately moved away, but luckily I still have family in the area. Because of that, I still come back and see Dr. De Paoli when I visit them. I’d be hard pressed to find another dentist I trust as much as him."

From the initial call to schedule my cleaning to the appointment itself, I found the staff to be kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and thorough. My hygienist was efficient and skilled with the cleaning and Dr. De Paoli was equally great. He has perfect bedside manner and welcomed any and all questions. "FEVER BLISTER TREATMENT that works. I have dealt the embarrassing blisters for all of my life. Christie (Hygentist) is an Angel with the treatment. She takes her time with the infected area. She’s very knowledgeable, if you get to the office in time, she can stop a blister in its tracks. Even if the cluster is already formed she can treat the area and cut the healing time in half. The pain is immediately gone with the treatment. It feels tight and contained. This office is nice and clean. State of art equipment. The treatment is a laser that treats painful blisters. I am so happy this office provides laser for fever blisters. A lot of other dental offices don’t provide this service. Another reason to make this your home if you are needing dental care."

"Dr. DePaoli has been my dentist for close to 20 years. He has treated me as well as my 3 children. They feel the same way I do - they love him! I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. My teeth are very sensitive and even dental cleanings can be very painful. Dr. DePaoli and his staff have always been patient with me and treated me with kindness. I am a frequent flier in his office because I genetically do not have good teeth. Dr. DePaoli always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and not in any pain or discomfort. He makes sure that I have plenty of breaks if needed and NEVER makes me feel like he’s rushing to get to the next person. He genuinely cares about his patients and practices ‘pain free’ dentistry. I have not been to another dentist since I started seeing him. I don’t trust anyone else with my oral care. Dr. DePaoli is better than the best!!"

"Dr. De Paoli and staff were amazing. I'm embarrassed to say that it's been quite a while since my last cleaning. They didn't make me feel bad about it at all, but instead are putting me on a great plan to get back on track and have a healthy smile. I also chipped my tooth over the weekend and they were able to get me right in - they fixed it so fast and it looks amazing - you can't even tell it had been chipped. Thank you so much!"

"This visit was regular cleaning and checkup. Sandy, the hygienist, was so gentle it was a treat. Dr. DePaoli found no new problems, and the partial he made several years ago still fits snug, chews comfortably and looks great! In the 14 years Dr. DePaoli has taken care of my dental needs, we've done root canal, crowns, filings, and redesigned the partial to add a tooth when one of mine had to be removed. He's the epitome of "painless" Dentist, and talks me through every step. Stephanie and the front office staff make scheduling appointments, processing insurance go smooth. I highly recommend Advanced Smiles for your family and cosmetic dentistry needs."

"Typically I just go to Advanced Smiles for cleanings with Amy (she is the best- extremely kind and always patient). However, I had a filling that broke so I recently had an appointment with Dr. De Paoli and Karen to repair it. I am an absolute scaredy cat at the dentist, but they had me laughing and completely at ease the entire time. The appointment was so easy and honestly just flew by. When I went to check out, Amy even came to check on me to make sure everything went well. What dentist office has an entire team so dedicated to their patients?! You just could not ask for a better group of people than the ones at Advanced Smiles!"

"Choosing your dentist may take a while because it's a relationship that builds as you develop your dental history. I am happy to say we've had good experiences with Dr. De Paoli's Advanced Smiles and have found his practice professional, genuine and caring. They make you feel welcome with their complimentary new patient program (X-rays and checkup by the dentist himself). What I really appreciated is that they won't try to sell you a procedure you don't really need or suggest more frequent visits unnecessarily. Our hygienist was thorough with the cleaning and had excellent bedside manners. The process was comfortable and they even have a TV on the ceiling to keep you entertained. (You can ask for a blanket for extra coziness!) Doctor De Paoli was equally thorough with his examination and made you feel comfortable, not rushing at all. I can tell their procedures are up to date and efficient. The treatment plan and billing were easily explained. They do accept Delta dental insurance (they may accept other providers but Delta beneficiaries will stand to gain the most). As for the office, appointments are required and Covid protocols are in place. Surfaces are clean and sanitized regularly. If you're a new patient needing a cleaning, plan to spend 2 hrs. Have your paperwork done prior to arrival (online) to save time. Don't forget to take your goodie-bag!"
"My family has seen Dr. De Paoli since 2001 and we love him as a person and a dentist. His skill is unmatched. I will never forget when my Dad had to have a dental procedure and was terrified of shots. Dad was amazed that he was given the shot and never knew it!! I really appreciate being offered an array of options in dental treatment and that is what is offered at Advanced Smiles. The staff works with the individual to provide the best treatment for that person and not just a one size fits all. "I had a cracked tooth which also had a cavity. Dr. De Paoli showed me the xray pointing out the damaged tooth. He recommended a crown. The procedures were painless and after the temporary was replaced with the permanent crown, I was very happy with the results. His staff is both friendly and professional. I'm appreciative that my primary doctor referred me to Dr. De Paoli. My first cleaning was a few months ago and that went very well also."

"I have been a patient of Dr. DePaoli for more than 15 years. I was hesitant about going in for my 6 month cleaning and exam because of the Covid 19 situation, in fact I put the cleaning off twice. Well, I finally went, let me say this OUTSTANDING!!!. All protocols were in place in fact I felt more safe there then I did at my primary care provider's office. I did my homework and the research led me to Advanced Smiles and Dr. Paoli. What a wonderful first-time experience. Easygoing front desk staff. No insurance issues. The appointment started early!I spent most of my time with Tatiana, the (amazing) Registered Dental Hygienist. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Everything always explained beforehand. Xrays and cleaning were completed in no time. Then I was examined by Dr. DePaoli. Again, polite and very approachable. He did not try to push or upsell anything. He listened to my concerns and offered his easy-to-understand expert recommendations.No need to do any more research - you've found your next GREAT dentist! "I love this team! I've had so many issues in the past that I'm terrified of the dentist in general (I can't even take my 10 year old). Dr. De Paoli's team have always done their best to make me comfortable. Well, they surpassed any expectations I had yesterday. I had to have a wisdom tooth out, it just wasn't going to wait for the Covid-19 to be over. In the past I would have gone to an oral surgeon for IV sedation but we just didn't have that luxury this time. He and Karen took their time, made sure everything was numb and boom! it was out, no pain at all! I know I'll still be nervous about going, that just doesn't go away overnight, but my confidence has increased 10 fold! In one visit he has given me the confidence that I can do any work without IV sedation. Thank you!!!!!!"
"My husband and I moved to the Frisco area just recently and found Dr. De Paoli and his practice at the perfect time. We had not been to the dentist for a regular cleaning and exam in several years so it was very nice to get such a comprehensive exam for both of us. Each of us had a 2 hour appt scheduled where we got multiple xrays, an oral cancer screening, a bone density check and many other checks and measures on top of a full cleaning. Considering all that was done, they really try their best to offer competitive pricing, especially for self pay patients. Our dental hygienist was Sue. She was so friendly and kind! We really enjoyed her. She gave us alot of helpful tips and suggestions and you could tell she really loved her job and cared about her patients. Very efficient. When it was time to see the actual dentist Dr. De Paoli was not there (Wednesday) so Dr. Randall [?] came out to visit with us instead. She was also welcoming and happy to have us as new patients. Tracy at the front desk was also so warm when we arrived. Everyone at this office is good! Overall my husband and I were happily surprised with our visit. We will definitely be back!"

The girl I spoke with was far more than just professional...she was amazing friendly!! This is the ongoing theme when you get to the office! Everyone is genuinely friendly and happy to have you in their office!! Side note...they are 100% judgement free! I have been lax in keeping up my dental visits and this was the first one in over 5 years...sorry Mom! They take the time to show you what your x-rays look like and what they see...and they explain it all so you can understand it!! "I am extremely impressed with Dr. DePaoli and his staff, especially Tiffany. The offices are impeccable. Everything about them is modern, inviting, comfortable and efficient. Tiffany took her time and listened to everything I had to say about my previous dental experiences. As each set of pain-free x-rays were taken, they were automatically sent to Dr. De Paoli's computer for review. When he came in to speak with me, he did a cancer screening and other inspections and then reviewed his findings while showing me the x-rays on the big-screen that I could see clearly as he explained. I have been to many, many dentists over the last few years, but this is the one I will use as long as I live in the Plano/Frisco area. They were recommended by my Primary Care Physician. I should have asked for that recommendation a long time ago! I am sending my husband here next week. Could not be happier! Follow-up Review: I can now tell you about my experience with having a crown in October of 2018. Karen worked with Dr. DePaoli on the preparation and fitting for the crown and placing the temporary crown. Then two weeks later Tiffany worked with Dr. DePaoli to install the permanent crown. I have not had any problems whatsoever. The whole procedure was perfect and pain-free with loving care. Then I went in last week (December) with some discomfort in a different area. Again, kind and loving attention from Karen and Dr. DePaoli as they explained their findings. I will be back in January for a cleaning and possible new crown. I trust them implicitly and will let them do whatever is necessary. My husband is also a new, happy patient and we will both go there for the rest of our lives."

"I just had my first visit. I have to say that it was one of the best experiences that I've ever had at a dental office. My dental hygienist was excellent. I just wish I could remember her name. She was caring and professional. I had the most detailed x-rays and exam by a doctor that I've ever had. And, I might add, the first cleaning came with free x-rays and exam. Amazing really!! "Yesterday I had my first exam at Advanced Smiles. I was really nervous because I had really let my dental cleaning schedule lapse. Everyone was really caring and genuinely non judgmental and got to work to get me back on track. They have all the features of a modern dentist, digital everything and TVs on the ceiling for your enjoyment. At the same time, it has a nice small office feel. With free laughing gas I was able to handle a deep cleaning with minimal discomfort. Amy was careful to check with me on how I was doing the whole time. They were awesome at Advance Smiles.
